Every Tendara session follows a consistent methodology: prepare the materials in advance, run the session as structured working time rather than a lecture, and send participants away with printed outputs they can use independently. The facilitator's role is to hold the structure — not to make decisions for the household. Content stays firmly within educational and administrative scope throughout.
Family Conversation Workshop
A small-group workshop covering simple frames for steady family conversations about household matters. The session focuses on listening, summarising, and agreeing on next steps, and stays clear of opinions on specific arrangements. Participants leave with a printed prompt deck and a one-page agenda template.

Shared Records Session
A working session in which a household builds a printed reference of where their records and contacts are kept. The session is run as labelling and reference work, with no opinions offered on specific assets or legal positions. Participants leave with a working draft binder and a labelled cover sheet.

- Labelling and categorising using a clear reference system
- Building a contact reference — professionals, institutions, key numbers

Family Records Programme
A multi-session programme guiding a family through a thoughtful reorganisation of household records. Covers inventory, labelling, scanning checklists, family-meeting agenda templates, and a final printed handbook. The programme is paced over several weeks and stays within educational and administrative scope. It does not include opinions on legal matters.

How every session is run.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Household details shared during sessions are held in strict confidence. No participant information is passed on, and session notes remain under participant control.
Scope Review Before Each Session
Content is checked against Tendara's scope document before every session to ensure nothing drifts into legal, financial, or clinical territory.
Group Size Cap
All open group sessions are capped at eight participants to preserve the working atmosphere and give each household adequate time with the facilitator.
Pre-Session Materials Preparation
All printed materials are prepared and reviewed before each session. Participants are not waiting for materials to be assembled during their working time.
Post-Session Feedback
Written feedback is collected after each session and used to refine future sessions — not filed away. Participants can expect to see that input reflected in subsequent formats.
Facilitator Qualification
Sessions are led by facilitators with training in adult education and household communication methods — not general coaches or consultants filling a broader brief.
